STIWA Fertigungstechnik is a leading company in Europe for product- and assembly automation based in Attnang-Puchheim (Upper Austria). STIWA plans, manufactures and delivers complete automation solutions including product design suitable for automation. With over 1000 employees STIWA achieved a business volume of about  116.20 Mio EURO in business year 2006/2007.

The services STIWA offers reach from product- and process development over software development (sister company AMS Engineering in Hagenberg) to optimizing production lines at the customer site (WIB-Maintenance, Operation, Optimization). APF in Schlangenbad (Germany) closes the loop and produces products and sub-assemblies with intelligent high performance automation. Another production facility in Gampern is in construction (12km from headquarter in Attnang).
