Apprenticeship is an important part of our strategy.

About 10% of of our 1,300 employees are apprentices. About 60% of them are skilled workers. They have already completed their apprenticeship successfully.

Our apprentices are important for us and an integral part of the staff structure. We have a high demand for skilled workers due to the high technical requirements in our core competencies. Therefore we want to keep our apprentices in our company after the finished their apprenticeship.

How does apprenticeship & A-level work?

Apprenticeship & A-level is a free model of advancement all apprentices can benefit from. The A-level is done parallely to apprenticeship and consists of four examinations.

At least one of the four exams must be passed during the training period.

The residual exams must be passed within five years after finishing the apprenticeship.

Send your application document until 31st of January. The acceptance test will take place in February as well as an interview.
