Appren­tice­ship is an impor­tant part of our strategy.

About 10% of of our 2,000 employ­ees are appren­tices. About 60% of them are skilled work­ers. They have already com­plet­ed their appren­tice­ship successfully.

Our appren­tices are impor­tant for us and an inte­gral part of the staff struc­ture. We have a high demand for skilled work­ers due to the high tech­ni­cal require­ments in our core com­pe­ten­cies. There­fore we want to keep our appren­tices in our com­pa­ny after the fin­ished their apprenticeship.

How does apprenticeship & A‑level work?

Appren­tice­ship & A‑level is a free mod­el of advance­ment all appren­tices can ben­e­fit from. The A‑level is done par­al­le­ly to appren­tice­ship and con­sists of four examinations.

At least one of the four exams must be passed dur­ing the train­ing period.

The resid­ual exams must be passed with­in five years after fin­ish­ing the apprenticeship.

Send your appli­ca­tion doc­u­ment until 31st of Jan­u­ary. The accep­tance test will take place in Feb­ru­ary as well as an interview.
