  • Feed­ing sys­tems
    STIWA feed­ing sys­tems, pal­letiz­ing, step­per con­vey­ors or buffer belts are suit­able as stand-alone solu­tions. Mod­u­lar designs allow flex­i­ble appli­ca­tions with very short set­up times at max­i­mum vari­ety of feed­ing parts.

 

  • Han­dling com­po­nents
    STIWA axes and grip­pers are func­tion­al com­po­nents with cor­re­spond­ing assem­bly inter­faces and are espe­cial­ly designed for the require­ments of high per­for­mance automa­tion. They set their own stan­dards for qual­i­ty, pre­ci­sion and dura­bil­i­ty.

    STIWA con­vey­or sys­tems based on rigid, loose or hybrid link­age are espe­cial­ly designed for the trans­port of com­po­nents with short cycle times and fast work­piece car­ri­er change times. Our LTM com­pact automa­tion solu­tions oper­ate mod­ern assem­bly units with cycle times in sub-sec­ond range.
