STIWA Group invests 45 Million Euros into Upper Austria Sites

STIWA CEOs Peter and Raphael Sticht take a look back at a suc­cess­ful busi­ness year: The fam­i­ly-run com­pa­ny with its head­quar­ters in Attnang-Puch­heim, Aus­tria achieved a turnover of EUR 255 mil­lion for the last finan­cial year (July 1, 2017–June 30, 2018). This con­sti­tutes an increase of 23 per­cent com­pared to the pre­vi­ous annu­al turnover of EUR 207 mil­lion. The num­ber of employ­ees has also reached a record high at 1,810 (accu­rate on June 30, 2018). Nine­ty-five per­cent of employ­ees work in Upper Aus­tria. The export rate stands at more than 70 percent.

STIWA Group Invests 22 Million Euros to Expand its Gampern Site

The STIWA Group is con­tin­u­ing to pur­sue its growth strat­e­gy and is expand­ing its Gam­pern site with a pro­duc­tion hall for the new Machin­ing divi­sion. “We are invest­ing 22 mil­lion euros in this devel­op­ment and a total of 150 mil­lion euros in our sites over the next three years. We want to cre­ate over 350 extra jobs in the region by 2020,” say Peter and Raphael Sticht, CEOs of STIWA Hold­ing GmbH. In the finan­cial year end­ing 2016/2017, Group turnover stood at 206 mil­lion euros (+17 per­cent on 2015/16) gen­er­at­ed by a work­force of 1,542 people*.

STIWA Group invests 24 million euros in the extension of the Attnang-Puchheim location

The STIWA Group con­tin­ues its growth strat­e­gy by adding an assem­bly hall and an office build­ing to its head­quar­ters in Attnang-Puch­heim. “Over the next two years we’ll invest 24 mil­lion euros in the expan­sion, thus cre­at­ing some 100 jobs for high­ly qual­i­fied employ­ees”, said Peter and Raphael Sticht, CEOs of STIWA Hold­ing GmbH. In the past finan­cial year 2015/16 the group of enter­pris­es with its 1,360 employ­ees achieved an oper­at­ing per­for­mance of 185.0 mil­lion euros (+ 15.8 per­cent com­pared to the pre­vi­ous year).
