Mechatronic Assembly Technician STIWA US. INC.

We are seeking an Assembly Technician to become an integral member of our growing US operations! As Assembly Technician you can expect to be involved in creating custom machines that blend cutting edge technology, with proven methods STIWA has developed while becoming an industry leader.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Assembly and Start-up of machines (in-house and at customers)
• Assembly of mechanical parts according to specifications
• Perform international Service Assignments and After Sales Activities (maintenance, troubleshooting, repair)
• Perform type integrations and optimization of existing machines
• Help with site development

Ihr Profil

• Completed education in the scope of systems engineering, mechatronics (mechanical and electrical), or mechanical engineering
• Good pneumatics and IT skills (MS Office)
• Preferred 1-2 years of mechanical assembly experience or similar education period
• Willingness to travel worldwide if necessary (i.e. USA, Mexico, Canada, …) and to extensive training at STIWA Group HQ in Europe (Austria)
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work in teams
• Willingness to take on responsibility
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Proficiency with power tools such as drills or saws
