Compact automation LTM 2.0

Quick - Precise - Smart

Compact Automation Systems

STIWA compact automation solutions serve state-of-the-art assembly units in industrial manufacturing with cycle times in the sub-second range. The LTM-CI convinces with precise small series with component diagonals up to approx. 30 millimeters.

The compact automation solution covers the entire range of functions in the smallest possible space: from the basic structure to precisely tailored feed technology with suitable gantry handling to the transport system including the entire control technology.

Mechanical Structure

  1. System structure - vibration-damping hydro-pol structure with flexible connection options for components

  2. Transfer system - rigidly coupled transport system with highest precision and shortest cycle times (WT changeover times)

  3. Handling - modular assembly with up to five degrees of freedom for maximum assembly flexibility and different gripper systems for individual requirements

  4. Feeding - standardized feeders with flexible loading options, optionally with pull-out function

  5. System protection - combines safe and ergonomic operation with modern functional design

HMI / Operation

  • High-performance control loops enable near real-time control of your processes with our products.
  • Networking is done through the included base software. Convenient integration ensures fast implementation and optimized control.
  • An ERP connection is available for production and product data acquisition. This opens up further analysis possibilities and documents important parameters of your production.

Your Benefit

STIWA compact automation systems are scalable, combinable and individually expandable. The economic advantage results from very short cycle times with low space requirements and at the same time easy operation.
