Climate flap actuator

This fully automated production line is used for the production and testing of climate flap actuators for the automotive industry. These are used in air conditioning systems of motor vehicles.

The machine is fed from only one side via palletizing and feeders, machine operation is also carried out from only one side. After assembly, the assembly groups are comprehensively tested, laser labeled and then packaged. An injection molding machine from a third-party manufacturer is also integrated into the system.

QUALITY ASSURANCE THROUGH TEST STATIONS

Electrical tests, such as the inductive voltage measurement, ensure the climate flap actuators function properly. Acoustic, mechanical and optical tests complete the quality control of the products.

MACHINE GROUP FOR EFFICIENT PRODUCTION PROCESSES

Injection molded parts are fed into the machine via a connecting belt. A palletizing system also offers the option of entering and outputting finished housing parts.
