Performance that impresses: Our high-performance laser welding systems – developed and implemented in the STIWA Automation division – stand for short cycle times of 3-5 seconds and technical stability. We process a wide range of product variants for our major customers in 3-shift operation – reliably and continuously.

Stable and controlled processes: All systems are monitored digitally using our own Shopfloor Software. Any deviation in the production process is recorded and displayed in real time – whether on a tablet, smartwatch, or monitor. This shortens response times and increases quality and efficiency in production. Cycle times are optimized, start-up times are shortened, and the integration of new product types is made possible through rapid setup.
