Each individual product undergoes a comprehensive functional and quality control process before it is released for delivery. All functional tests are fully integrated into the assembly line.

FUNCTIONAL TEST

of the end product, e.g. switching, moving, measuring

ELECTRICAL TESTS

such as continuity, isolation, resistance, performance, communication of electronic assembly groups

VISION TEST

(optical tests), i.e. camera-based inspection for completeness, assembly errors, surface damage, labeling

ACOUSTIC TESTS

such as noise or vibration analysis to detect defects
