Injection needle

In this STIWA production line, injection needles are fully automatically pre-assembled and tested.

The individual components are loaded into the machine with the aid of 10 feeding units, assembled in precisely coordinated process steps and sealed with a protective cover and pad. The finished injection devices are then packed in boxes.

MAXIMUM PRECISION

The canula is inserted and bonded into the adapter. The canula is lubricated with silicone. The needle cover is precisely assembled without canula tip damage. The syringe barrel and plunger are assembled. And the needle adapter is finally assembled to the syringe.

FULLY AUTOMATED ON MINIMIZED SURFACE

Assembly of the individual components and packaging in boxes, all fully automatic at a short cycle time and compact space.
