The modular structure in detail

The LTM-CI system has a consistently modular design to optimize the assembly of small components.
Each component is designed for maximum performance and flexibility.

Mechanical Structure

Basic body - A basic structure that dampens vibrations forms the stable and precise basis of the machine. It enables the flexible connection of all other components.
Portal handling & gripping units - Up to 24 module slots for handling systems with up to five degrees of freedom (DOF) provide maximum flexibility in assembly. We tailor the different gripper systems individually to your requirements.
Transfer system - The core is a rigidly linked conveyor system. It guarantees highest precision and shortest workpiece carrier change times (WPC) for smooth, high-performance operation.
Feeding systems - Flexible loading variants, optionally with an extraction function, ensure that bulk material is sorted and fed in the correct position. These include parts hopper (up to 3.5 liters), various elevator systems and oscillating conveyors with camera systems.
Protection system - A modern and functional design combines certified safety with ergonomic operation, for example through an easily accessible sliding door.
