Our development team of over 50 experts covers all aspects of product and process development – from mechanical to mechatronic design. By combining state-of-the-art analysis methods with practical testing capabilities, we ensure the highest efficiency and innovative solutions.
In our state-of-the-art prototype environment, fully operated within a cleanroom, we have all the necessary technologies to develop, manufacture, and test battery cell housings. Here, we conduct tests such as leak, burst, voltage, and resistance testing, and can produce up to several thousand units per week.
The manufacturing of single parts, from stamping and plastics to machined parts, takes place directly in-house at STIWA. Our high level of vertical integration gives us a deep understanding of the interrelationships between components and enables us to respond with maximum flexibility to product optimizations and design changes.
Thanks to the highly automated solutions of our sister company STIWA-Automation, we achieve the fastest cycle times and ensure the lowest total costs as well as the highest quality through 100% in-line testing.
