Strong motivation among apprentices
Klara Schöffl, 16 years, 1 year of apprenticeship mechatronics, from Redlham:
“The days at Feuerkogel were exciting and very helpful tin order to immediately start off as a team. I quickly felt very comfortable and was able to make to friends. My personal highlight was the trust walk to Europakreuz. You walked in teams of two: One person was blindfolded, the other had to lead them. Of course, you had to trust one another and be considerate. This is also very important for our apprenticeship in the future.”
Simon Neudorfer, 18 years, 1 year of apprenticeship mechanical engineering, from Pilsbach:
“I think its great that STIWA offers these teambuidling events. The instructors have been giving us a lot of responsibility from the start, we had to organize ourselves and also make our own food in the cabin. The cooperation in the team plays a great role. Everybody had to do their part, for example when building a raft together. These days have really helped me to get to know my colleagues well and drop any insecurities. Now I’m just looking forwards to the next weeks, the start has already been very successful.”
