From 15th to 16th September the STIWA Open Days took place in Attnang-Puchheim and offered a fascinating insight into the world of automation technology. More than 1,700 visitors from the region took the opportunity to find out about the latest high-tech machines and career opportunities at STIWA. One focus was on the e-mobility sector, with STIWA recently winning two multi-million euro automation contracts.

"The STIWA Open Days were a great success, and we are pleased with the interest and enthusiasm of the visitors," said Michael Fuchshuber, Managing Director of STIWA Automation. Visitors were able to find out more about the high-tech world of STIWA at numerous stations and were particularly interested in the new STIWA LTM compact automation for the smallest products, new STIWA manufacturing technologies such as 3D printing, and comprehensive software solutions that ensure maximum transparency in production.

"We are proud to be at the forefront of these developments and to share our expertise with interested visitors," emphasized Michael Fuchshuber, Managing Director of STIWA Automation. "The large number of visitors is a special honor for us and proof that STIWA, as a family-owned company, has strong roots throughout the region."

High-tech jobs with career opportunities

Many employees took the opportunity to show their families, friends, and acquaintances their workplace up close during the tour of the entire production facility. It was also an ideal opportunity for the many visitors to find out about the wide range of jobs of the future at STIWA.

STIWA invests in e-mobility

One of the focal points of the STIWA Open Days was dedicated to electric mobility - with good reason: The STIWA Group's entry into the e-mobility sector has been successfully completed and orders worth millions have recently been won. Accordingly, STIWA is investing in new assembly areas at the company's headquarters in Attnang-Puchheim, as well as at the US site in Rock Hill. "We are delighted to have won two forward-looking orders in the e-mobility sector. We will continue to successively expand this division," says Fuchshuber.
