STIWA Apprentice Games 2024

Gaining experience together and strengthening team spirit was the motto of this year's "Apprentice Games" organised by the STIWA Youth Council, which took place on 19 July at the Spitzberg sports ground.

The eagerly awaited STIWA Apprentice Games took place on 19 July 2024. A total of 115 apprentices took part and competed for victory in 18 teams.

Stations build team spirit & skills
Participants faced a variety of challenges. From archery to can throwing, basketball, sack races and relay races, the stations offered a variety of opportunities to demonstrate team spirit, skill and athletic ability.

Exciting hours of fun and team spirit
The Apprentice Games were not only a sporting challenge for the apprentices, but also an opportunity for them to get to know each other better and strengthen their team spirit. With 18 teams in total, the apprentices were fully committed to the challenge and supported each other in the successful completion of the various tasks.

After many exciting competitions and sporting highlights, the winners were crowned. This year's Apprentice Games were again organised by the STIWA Group's Youth Council, consisting of Thomas Ebner, Marlene Sperr, Antonia Stix, Manuel Vogeneder and Hlib Shpahniev. Thanks to the careful preparation and creative ideas, the event was an unforgettable experience for all participants.

The event was a great success and showed once again how important joint activities are for the cohesion and motivation of the apprentices", said Thomas Ebner, Chairman of the Youth Council.
