STIWA Group strengthens its commitment to the environment with new management support unit for sustainability

The STIWA Group is strengthening its commitment to sustainable development and environmental protection by setting up a new management support unit for sustainability. Maximilian Huemer has been appointed to this position. He has been with the STIWA Group for 10 years and his previous professional experience has given him an insight into a wide range of areas within the Group. In his new function as a staff unit and central point of contact for all sustainability issues, he will make a significant contribution to strengthening and effectively coordinating our existing initiatives, particularly within our core sustainability team.
 
“Sustainability has been a central pillar of our values since our foundation in 1972. The establishment of the new sustainability department is a logical step towards further intensifying our strategies in this area and making them more transparent,” explains Peter Sticht, Managing Director of STIWA Holding.
