Your tasks
- You form the bridge between our customers and our development teams
- You implement control center solutions by means of our product portfolio and your are responsible for project management (coordination and development of concepts)
- Your core tasks are the supervision and support of our customers (support during installation and configuration of system solutions, with corresponding data checks & problem solving)
- Your work with the different control systems (SIEMENS – TwinCAT - .NET)
- Training of customers and the support in the area After Sales and customer support are no problem for you
- Preferably, you grow in the future into sales activities in the area of Manufacturing Software
- Since we are a young company, you participate significantly in the further development of a dedicated team
Your profile
- You have a completed education in information technology, computer science, automation technology and possibly a further training as technician
- You have experience in project handling in the industrial environment
- You bring along knowledge in the area high-level language programming (C#, JAVA), data base (ORACLE, MS SQL) or PLC (SIEMENS - TwinCAT)
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Willingness to travel for start-ups and customer trainings
- You work customer-oriented and your are an organizational talent with willingness to take responsibility and assertiveness
