In addition to highlights from business segment Automation, STIWA will also be presenting its Manufacturing & Software business segments at automatica 2022 in Munich.

From June 21 to 24, 2022, automatica, the world's leading trade fair for intelligent automation and robotics, offers all exhibitors and visitors an optimal platform for professional exchange and creates orientation in the field of tension between technology and digitalization. The trade fair brings together manufacturers along the entire value chain - from components to systems and from services to applications.

Comprehensive automation competence

This year, the STIWA Group will also be present. "The trade fair is an ideal opportunity for us to make interesting contacts and to present our great strength - the overarching cooperation of our three business segments Automation, Manufacturing and Software - to a broad trade audience," says Michael Fuchshuber, CEO Automation. On 90 m² of exhibition space, visitors will get a complete overview of the STIWA automation portfolio, the comprehensive production know-how as well as STIWA software solutions.

Technical diversity

Four exhibits are included from the Automation business unit. With an LTM-CI system, STIWA wants to show how high-performance automation works in the smallest of spaces. "The system is suitable for high-performance automation for small components up to a size of approx. 30x30x30mm. From simple pick-and-place applications to screwing, press-fitting, marking, testing and laser welding, everything is possible here," reports Roland Schiermayr. He is responsible for research and development at STIWA. Other exhibits include the latest generation LF313-CI feeder and two transport systems: the universally applicable LTS-CI based on rigid linking, which has been continuously improved and further developed in recent years, and the hybrid transport system LTH-CI 2.0, which was designed for both high-performance and standard applications.
